Please provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or change an appointment.
Missed appointments are subject to a cancellation fee, which is the cost of the appointment, with no exceptions.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on my waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Thank you for your understanding.
